O'Neill's Tyres provides tyres, wheels, and automotive services. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and refuse service at our discretion.

3. Pricing

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, but errors may occur.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is required at the time of purchase or service completion. We accept major credit cards, EFTPOS, cash, and approved buy-now-pay-later services including Afterpay, Humm, and Zip Pay.

5. Warranties

All products come with manufacturer warranties. Additional warranty information is available upon request. Warranty claims must be made in accordance with the manufacturer's terms.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase for unused products in original packaging. Fitted tyres and wheels cannot be returned unless faulty. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

7. Limitation of Liability

O'Neill's Tyres liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

8. Privacy

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
